Below are the requirements: **Requirements:** * Graduate professional in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. * Proficiency and knowledge in OHS management and IMS structure. * Experience implementing an OHS system from scratch within a company. * Knowledge of OHS documentation management and ISO standards (Trinorma). * Minimum two years of work experience as an OHS Assistant or in similar roles. * Experience responding to Sunafil notifications and inspections. * Intermediate-level AUTOCAD proficiency and familiarity with other design software for risk mapping (VISIO, PROJECT, BIZAGI). * Immediate availability for fieldwork to supervise assigned client sites. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare required documentation and reports supporting compliance with standards—including forms, reports, diagrams, manuals, procedures, etc. * Manage and provide support regarding occupational health and safety management. * Maintain up-to-date IMS records and documentation, ensuring proper information management and disposition. * Actively and responsibly participate in disseminating IMS documentation—including the IMS Policy, IMS Objectives, and IMS Operational Controls. Assist in managing nonconformities identified during internal or external audits. * Manage the selection of members of the OHS Committee in accordance with applicable law and established procedures. * Develop training materials and support training delivery. * Prepare IPER and IPERC matrices according to the requested profile. * Support the OHS Committee; propose improvement opportunities and participate in their implementation. * Conduct inductions on the Integrated Management System. **Additional Information:** * WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. * MYPE payroll (50% BBSS). * SALARY: S/.2,000 — negotiable (based on evaluation). * CAREER PROGRESSION PATH. * 100% in-person work.
