**Cleaning Operator - Maintenance** The Cleaning Operator will be responsible for maintaining administrative areas, the cafeteria, and sanitary facilities in optimal condition regarding order, cleanliness, and hygiene. FUNCTIONS: * Perform daily cleaning of administrative offices, sanitary facilities, the cafeteria, and other assigned areas, ensuring optimal hygiene and order conditions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in common areas according to organizational guidelines. * Restock restrooms and other areas with necessary supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.). * Comply with safety and hygiene protocols for handling and storing cleaning products. * Promptly report any damage, malfunction, or situation requiring repair or maintenance. * Provide support in basic maintenance tasks such as minor adjustments, replacement of simple components, or assistance in assembling and installing furniture. * Actively collaborate with the work team to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.
