Emphasis on safety and SSOMA procedures. **Profile – Civil Operator** **Civil Operator** with experience in construction, maintenance, and support for civil works, complying with technical procedures, quality standards, and on-site safety regulations. Trained in material preparation, excavation, concrete work, masonry, and support for civil installations in industrial, electromechanical, or infrastructure projects. Team-oriented, committed to meeting deadlines, and ensuring safe execution of site activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Supporting civil construction and maintenance works. * Manual excavation and site preparation. * Concrete preparation, mixing, and pouring. * Construction of foundations, trenches, conduits, and simple structures. * Installation of pipes, ducts, or civil support structures. * Site leveling and compaction. * Loading and unloading of construction materials. * Use of hand tools and basic site equipment. * Maintaining cleanliness and order at the worksite. * Compliance with safety regulations and SSOMA procedures. **Technical Competencies** * Basic civil construction work. * Preparation of concrete and mortar. * Excavation and earthmoving. * Use of construction tools. * Basic blueprint interpretation (desirable). * Site safety regulations. **Personal Competencies** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork. * Physical stamina for fieldwork. * Proactivity. * Safety orientation. * Orderliness and discipline. **Technical Competencies** * Industrial and/or residential electricity. * Electrical installations. * Electrical safety regulations. * Blueprint interpretation. * Use of electrical tools. * Electrical protection systems. * Working at heights (desirable). **Personal Competencies** * Responsibility and discipline. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Attention to detail. * Safety orientation. * Problem-solving ability. **Education** * Technician in Industrial Electricity, Electrotechnology, or related fields. * Certifications in electrical safety (desirable). **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical work, construction, or electrical maintenance.
