We are currently recruiting for the position of: **MAINTENANCE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Plumbing Technician / Tiler / Drywall Installer / General Handyman * Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance operator. * Knowledge of plumbing, surface tiling, drywall systems, melamine, and general handyman work. * Availability to work on-site in Santa Anita. (Preferably residing in neighboring districts) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Full installation of water and/or drainage systems. * Repair of damaged pipes. * Resolution of sewer system issues. * Detection of pipe leaks. * Tiling of designated areas. * Installation of drywall systems. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/.2,400.00 * Santa Anita Branch: As needed, you may be assigned to other branches. * Working Hours: Mon–Fri (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) / Sat (8:00 AM–1:00 PM). * Lunch will be provided when working at the branch (Santa Anita – Higuereta Clinic or Pachacamac).
