Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible, proactive General Services Operator with experience in general maintenance for operational and construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in plumbing, electrical work, painting, drywall, and masonry. 2. Corrective and preventive maintenance of facilities. 3. Support in infrastructure installation, repair, and conditioning. A company dedicated to projects, renovations, and civil works is looking for a responsible, proactive General Services Operator with experience in general maintenance for various types of operational and construction projects. **Main Responsibilities** · Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, masonry, and civil works tasks as required by the project. · Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance of facilities. · Assist in infrastructure installation, repair, and conditioning tasks. · Report incidents and technical requirements to the site manager or supervisor. · Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in work areas. · Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. **Requirements** * Completed high school education or incomplete/completed technical studies (mechanics, electricity, maintenance, civil construction, or related fields). * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions. * Class A1 driver’s license. * Practical knowledge of: plumbing, electrical work, drywall, painting, and civil works. * Availability to work on-site (various projects across Lima). * Criminal background check document and copy of national ID (DNI) attached. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **Benefits** * SCTR coverage. * Market-competitive salary. **Employment Modality** * Service fee receipt (honorarium receipt). **IMPORTANT!** Applications will be considered exclusively through this **platform** or via email at **seleccion@grupohastial.com.pe*****,*** specifying in the subject line: **“Application – General Services Operator”.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
