Mission or objective: Implement the training plans for factory truck operators to ensure compliance with the training curriculum, maximize productivity, and safeguard equipment. Additionally, guarantee the technical and operational training of new talent pipeline to fill the factory truck operator role. * Develop the technical training plan for factory truck operators to address current needs and operational objectives. * Train factory truck operators on driving, operation, calibration, maintenance, and new technologies to ensure the expected knowledge level required to perform their duties. * Lead technical training programs aimed at growing and developing new talent for the company in the factory truck operator role. * Generate periodic reports on learning activities and incidents to support appropriate corrective actions. * Ensure the effectiveness of the training program across all operations/services to guarantee achievement of established objectives. * Actively participate in conducting tests of our blasting service to ensure equipment availability and operation within scheduled timeframes. * Identify and propose training initiatives to increase operational productivity and reduce the operator’s learning gap. * Manage certifications and/or external trainings for factory truck operators to ensure they meet a high-quality profile. Requirements: * Preferred: 2 years’ experience as a factory truck operator within the company. * Preferred: 2 years’ experience transporting explosives and/or auxiliary equipment (5T van, mini loader, 930 loader, front-end loader, crane truck, telehandler). * Preferred: Technical degree in mechanics, heavy equipment operation, automotive electricity, automotive mechatronics, or related fields. * Preferred: Courses and/or certifications in factory truck operation and/or maintenance. * Knowledge of calibration, driving, and operation of factory trucks. * Knowledge of operating systems: Pro Blast 3, E\-Blast, DCC\+; E\-Controller, among others. * Mandatory: A3C and/or A4 (special) driver’s license.
