




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations/Reception Assistant to provide administrative support, customer service, and document management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational support on demand 2. Customer service from the office reception 3. Support in customer document control and tracking On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for: **OPERATIONS/RECEPTION ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate or university student (completed or incomplete, from the 9th semester onward). * Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, commercial, or risk areas performing administrative tasks. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Intermediate English skills. * Availability to work 100% onsite in San Isidro, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Off-site errands such as document delivery and collection within San Isidro and surrounding areas, only when necessary. * Customer service from the office reception to direct customer needs to the appropriate departments within the company. * Assistance in preparing and editing forms according to insurance company policies. * Support in customer document control and tracking (checklist). * Support in other operational tasks as needed. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Monthly net salary of S/. 1,200 PEN. * Microenterprise payroll: 15 days of vacation + EsSalud + Pension system contribution. * Initial contract for 3 months with option to renew. **"We value diversity and foster an inclusive environment.
