Job Objective Provide comprehensive support to production, supply chain, logistics, and inventory operations, ensuring smooth operational processes, compliance with quality and food safety standards, and efficient product distribution across all locations. What Are We Looking For? We seek an organized, analytical, and proactive individual capable of working under pressure and simultaneously coordinating multiple operational processes. Requirements Academic Background * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. * Preferred experience in: * Catering companies. * Food concessionaires. * Restaurants. * Production or mass-consumption facilities. * Experience in: * Production control. * Inventory management. * Logistics and procurement. * Familiarity with ERP systems or operational management platforms is desirable. Technical Knowledge * Intermediate Excel proficiency is mandatory. * Inventory and procurement control. * Handling of production orders and purchase orders. * Technical specifications and basic costing. * BPM, food safety, and quality control. * ERP systems or operational control platforms.
