




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Assistant, a key liaison between the commercial and field teams to ensure the execution of B2B Facility Services with complete documentation. We are a Peruvian **Facility Services** company specializing in B2B solutions for the retail, financial, food & beverage, and other sectors. A dynamic team operating under robust operational standards and a culture of continuous improvement. **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?** ✔ Prepare and update service schedules in coordination with the Commercial Executive and Site Supervisor ✔ Maintain up-to-date status of service tickets in the Notion system ✔ Manage and track service-related Work Orders (WOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) ✔ Manage client facility access permits, PETS, IPERC matrices, and SSOMA documents ✔ Register data in the SCTR request form and submit consolidated monthly account reports ✔ Coordinate with technical staff to collect photographs, acceptance certificates, and incident reports ✔ Prepare pre\-reports and technical reports for each service (before and after execution) ✔ Upload photographs, reports, and certificates to the Notion system, linking them to the corresponding commercial ticket ✔ Monitor field operations personnel in coordination with the Site Supervisor ✔ Provide ongoing support to the Commercial Executive in account management **PROFILE WE SEEK** → Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Industrial Electricity → **Minimum 1 year of experience** in similar roles: planning, operations, or service coordination *(mandatory requirement)* → Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office → Basic knowledge of **Notion** (or willingness to learn it quickly) → Ability to manage multiple concurrent services without losing detail → Organized, meticulous individual with strong deadline orientation → Effective communication skills with commercial, technical, and client teams → Proactivity in anticipating issues and proposing solutions → Professional ethics and adaptability to operational changes **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** \- **Hybrid** work arrangement \- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm \| Saturdays, 9am–1pm \- Internal career path opportunities \- Excellent work environment and collaborative teamwork \- Culture of open and respectful communication \- Growing company with active operations across multiple sectors **IMPORTANT** This recruitment is exclusively for candidates who meet the described profile.
