Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Assistant to coordinate home-based customer and healthcare personnel services, handle inquiries, and independently resolve daily situations. Opportunity for growth within the Operations department **Operations Assistant (Afternoon/Night Shift)** **HomeCare — Nurses at Home (www.homecare.com.pe)** Are you a bright, organized, and eager-to-learn young woman? We are looking for an **Operations Assistant** for our afternoon/night shift — a key position where you will coordinate services for our customers and home-based healthcare personnel. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 2:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. **Work Modality:** On-site \| Compatible with studies **Compensation:** S/.1,600 \+ statutory benefits \- MYPE regime **Your Responsibilities:** * Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email, and coordinate assignments of our nurses and technicians. * Independently resolve daily operational issues: shift changes, urgent services, customer and staff queries. * Register and track each case, ensuring all matters are properly documented and ready for the next day. **We Are Looking For Someone Who:** * Has **at least 3 years of customer service experience** (in-person, call center, sales, etc.). * Is **organized, proactive, and exercises sound judgment** — this role operates with minimal direct supervision during its scheduled hours, so we need someone capable of prioritizing tasks autonomously. * Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing. * Is proficient with WhatsApp and Excel, and adapts easily to new systems. * Is currently pursuing higher education (commitment and stability in one’s work are especially valued). **We Offer:** * Stability and a schedule compatible with studies. * Comprehensive training during the first month. * Opportunity for growth within the Operations department.
