Job Objective:** To support effective store operational management through efficient merchandise control, shipment assistance, and appropriate customer service, thereby contributing to orderliness, traceability, and end-customer satisfaction. **2. Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, verify, and record incoming merchandise, ensuring consistency with delivery notes and shipping documents. * Execute product shipments according to orders, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and proper conditions. * Record inventory receipts, issues, losses, and available stock. * Track and monitor shipments to end customers, validating deliveries and confirmations. * Assist in in-store customer service by providing clear information and delivering an appropriate service experience. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and correct product labeling in the warehouse and shipping area. **3. Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level). * Customer-oriented mindset. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. **4.
