Analysis of operational indicators and KPI compliance Send your CV to **seleccionpm@perumasivo.net** and specify your salary expectation. ✅ Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in operational scheduling, particularly in: * Bus and fleet scheduling. * Development of driver and operational staff schedules. * Shift, rest, and working hour management according to current regulations. * Specialization or proficiency in scheduling systems (PHP, Visual Basic, ERP, AppSheet). * Advanced Excel **(mandatory).** * Intermediate-level Power BI. * Availability to work on-site in Comas. (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-6 PM) \- Main Responsibilities * Program and coordinate operational resources (buses and personnel) to ensure service delivery. * Plan shift rotations, rest periods, and work schedules, ensuring legal and operational compliance. * Optimize scheduling to reduce incidents and improve service efficiency. * Analyze operational indicators and support area KPI compliance.
