




Summary: This role involves supporting project managers and teams with administrative tasks, document organization, data entry, and communication coordination for construction projects. From small\-scale renovations to large\-scale endeavors, we bring expertise and innovation to every project. **Salary:** $1,100 \- $1,300 USD (monthly) **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in organizing and maintaining project documents, including contracts, permits, blueprints, and correspondence. * Accurate and timely data entry to update project databases, track expenses, and ensure project records are up\-to\-date. * Provide general administrative support to project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members. * Coordinate schedules and communication, focusing on calendar management. * Proactive follow\-up with engineers, clients \& county and city localities * Ability to create SOP's while training and train subsequent hires **Skills:** * Strong systems thinking with hands\-on execution ability * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks * Ability to manage time effectively * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's (Required) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, teams, excel, word) * Tech savvy. Experience in HouzzPro, Procore, Buildtrend, AutoCAD, CRMs. * Customer Service/Admin/Operations Experience (3\-5 years of experience in an Operations/Admin role at a managerial level required) * Real Estate Industry Experience Preferred (permits filing) * Strong English communication (written \& spoken) * High\-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum) * Windows 10/11 or Mac, minimum 88GB RAM, i5 or equivalent **Setting:** 100% Remote **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.3,835\.00 \- S/.4,530\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * operations/admin: 3 years (Required) Language: * advanced English (Required) Work Location: Remote
