In this role, you will be ultimately responsible for ensuring operational continuity, network efficiency, and excellent execution of technical projects. We seek a leader with solid experience managing multidisciplinary teams, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and an unwavering focus on service quality and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Leadership:** Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations of telecommunications infrastructure (networks, systems, and technical support). * **Process Optimization:** Design and implement operational processes that maximize efficiency, reduce response times, and ensure business scalability. * **Project Management:** Oversee deployment of new infrastructure, corrective/preventive maintenance, and technology migrations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * **Team Leadership:** Lead, motivate, and evaluate technical and operational staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. * **Quality Control and SLAs:** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure strict compliance with internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * **Vendor Management:** Negotiate and supervise contracts with technology vendors, contractors, and strategic connectivity partners. * **Risk Mitigation:** Develop and implement contingency and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Advanced Education (Preferred):** Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Operations Management, MBA, or Project Management (PMP). * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years in operational leadership roles (Management, Head of Department, or Director level) **exclusively within the telecommunications sector**. * **Technical Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of network architectures (fiber optics, mobile networks, satellite systems, data centers, etc.) and local telecommunications regulations. * **Soft Skills:** Strong leadership, assertive communication, conflict resolution, and high-level negotiation abilities. * **Languages:** Basic/Intermediate English — *Desirable for interaction with international vendors*.
