Description

Job Summary: Coordinate and manage import and export logistics operations, including instructions, cost breakdowns, payments, manifest transmissions, and shipment tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of logistics and customs operations 2. Coordination with maritime agents and shipping lines 3. Handling of shipment documentation and operational systems Responsibilities \* Register instructions with maritime agents. \* Generate cost breakdowns and obtain approval (V°B°) from maritime agents. \* Coordinate Gate In payments with respective warehouses. \* Coordinate with shipping lines, maritime and air storage terminals, and customs authorities. \* Transmit deconsolidated import and export manifests. \* Manage payments to suppliers, shipping lines, airlines, and consolidators. \* Enter operational data into the Sintad system. \* Validate shipment documents such as bills of lading (B/L) and air waybills. \* Generate export bookings and enter B/L matrices. \* Coordinate tracking of import and export shipments.
