




**Education:** Administrative Technical Studies, preferably **Knowledge** * Customer service, interpersonal relations, protocol, and area-related courses * Medical insurance systems. * Administrative procedures. * MS Office proficiency (Basic level). * SITED system operation **Experience:** One (1) year in similar positions at private healthcare institutions. **Functions:** * Receive and attend patients arriving at the emergency service as well as outpatient services, entering their data into the system and performing billing and document management.
