Explore the challenges of the OyM NetDevOps Automation Coordinator role. Responsibilities: * Manage new developments or optimizations using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. * Participate in daily agile follow-up meetings, backlog refinement sessions, bi-weekly planning meetings, and feedback sessions with the architect and developers. * Participate in acceptance testing with end users, document observations, and manage their resolution. * Collaborate on service provider oversight, reporting executed tasks, timelines, and service quality. * Facilitate communication and joint work between technical and non-technical departments. * Coordinate, monitor, and escalate issues to operational or administrative departments for alert resolution. * Operate, maintain, and respond to incidents across various platforms. * Conduct High Availability tests and Health Checks for VAS Managers and Services. What We Need From You: 2 years of experience in Automations and/or OSS, VAS platforms. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Knowledge of Mobile Networks (TELCO). Familiarity with workflow management software and application integration systems.**Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Development, or related fields. * Advanced-level Python proficiency. * Advanced-level SQL proficiency. * Intermediate-level Power BI proficiency. * Experience with VAS platforms (SMSC, Geolocation, eSIM). * Experience with OSS platforms (Taishan MAE WLL/CN, NCE TX/IP/GPON, vLTM, NETECO, SolarWinds, NetNumen). * Intermediate-level English proficiency. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
