Learn about the OyM PEXT Coordinator Lima position. * Handle external plant failures by taking required actions to restore service within the timeframes and quality standards defined by company policy. * Execute and monitor the preventive maintenance plan for external plant networks, pursuing continuous improvement and achieving efficiencies and synergies in the process. * Plan and execute scheduled corrective actions on the optical fiber network, pursuing continuous improvement and achieving efficiencies and synergies in the process. * Update optical fiber routes on Entel platforms during network changes—whether due to corrective work, preventive maintenance, or other requirements. * Develop and maintain up-to-date procedures, work instructions, and standards to ensure efficient operation and maintenance. * Manage suppliers of materials and/or services (performance evaluation, SLA compliance, penalties, and settlements). * Manage the review and validation of deliverables for external plant expansion and maintenance projects. * Comply with standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines of the internal quality management system. * Support the preparation of notifications, accreditations, and other documentation required under applicable regulations. What we need from you: * 3–5 years of experience in design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of external plant networks. * Intermediate knowledge of access and backhaul networks. * Intermediate knowledge of maintenance and operation of external plant optical fiber networks. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Basic-level Python. * Basic-level SQL databases. * Basic-level GIS. * Intermediate-level English. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
