Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced painting operator to prepare and apply paint according to technical specifications, ensuring quality and safety on site. Key Highlights: 1. We require experienced **painting operators** for the construction site located in Cerro de Pasco / Civil Construction Regime. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of paints and coatings. * Training in painting safety. * Training on environmental regulations. * Valid RETECC certification. * Minimum 03 years’ experience as a painting operator. * Willingness to travel. **JOB OBJECTIVE** To carry out paint preparation and application according to specified thicknesses and project technical specifications. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare and condition surfaces to be painted (e.g., repairs, scraping, plastering, or other related tasks). * Paint on any material, such as wood, metal, and others. * Be familiar with the use and maintenance of all materials, machinery, and tools used in the trade. * Execute work cleanly, orderly, and with high-quality finishing; and use materials appropriately and economically. * Comply with safety regulations and current legislation, using appropriate personal protective equipment. * Knowledge of manual coating application and conventional, suction, and airless equipment (desirable). * Perform all related tasks assigned. * Familiarity with various paint brands for preparation purposes. * Ability to differentiate paint thickness measurements. * Compliance with standards, regulations, and procedures established under the Integrated Management System for Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality (ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018\). * Knowledge of SIG SSTMAC policies and verification of their implementation. * Ability to promptly communicate any abnormal technical situation concerning materials, tools, or equipment, or any other event or circumstance affecting or endangering the construction schedule. * Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area.
