We operate two cafés in Lima and are looking for a: Pastry Assistant (Junior or Senior) – Miraflores Workshop At Patty Pastry, we value tradition and attention to detail. If you are passionate about baking, here you will not only work—you will also learn artisanal pastry techniques that have accompanied us for over 30 years. Main Responsibilities: \- Preparation of doughs and bases for cakes, pies, brownies, cookies, and alfajores. \- Production of classic desserts: tres leches, cheesecake, flan, mousse, among others. \- Assembly, baking, and decoration of cakes and desserts. \- Processing and rounding doughs; preparation of frostings, creams, and fillings. \- Assembling sweet and savory orders (sandwiches, coffee, supermarkets). \- Coating and decorating nougats and special products. \- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Assistant in a production workshop or bakery (mandatory). \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \- Technical studies in pastry or gastronomy. Conditions and Benefits: \- Work location: Miraflores. \- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (30-minute break). \- Salary based on experience: S/ 1,300 – S/ 1,400 gross. \- SME payroll with all statutory benefits: biannual bonus, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacation pay. \- 30% discount on Patty products. \- Opportunity for growth and annual performance review with potential salary increase.
