At Elifarma, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Personnel Administration Assistant to join our team. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or Administration. * Desired knowledge of payroll calculation and BBSS. * Advanced Excel. * Minimum 6 months of experience as an Assistant or Intern performing similar functions. **Responsibilities:** * Support the preparation, documentary review, issuance, and administrative management of employment contracts, contract addendums, non-remunerative benefit agreements, loans, labor agreements, disciplinary actions, etc., as well as their registration with relevant authorities when required. * Provide support in registering employee onboarding, modifications, and offboarding in the T\-Register (SUNAT), contributing to compliance with current labor regulations. * Support daily attendance control, recording incidents and personnel movements in the timekeeping system to facilitate generation of worked-hours reports. * Support the receipt, registration, and updating of personnel information (e.g., vacations, leaves, medical leaves, hires, terminations, licenses, etc.) in personnel administration systems. * Provide support in responding to personnel documentation requests related to employment certificates, official certifications, and basic administrative inquiries. * Provide operational support in payroll and labor benefits processing, per instructions from the Personnel Administration Assistant. * Support preparation and upload of information for the monthly AFP NET declaration. * Support tracking and control of signatures on pay slips, bonuses, vacation documents, and other labor-related documents. * Support administration and documentary review of labor insurance (EsSalud, SCTR Health and Pension, Life Insurance Law, or others), verifying correct inclusion and validity of employee coverage. * Support monitoring and control of EsSalud subsidy collections. * Perform physical and digital archiving of departmental and labor-related documentation, ensuring order, up-to-dateness, and availability for internal audits or regulatory inspections. * Maintain updated personnel databases and digital personnel files, providing support in generating operational reports for the department. * Assist in preparing social benefit settlements, employment certificates, and other documentation for terminated personnel, in accordance with current legal regulations. * Assist in preparing information required for labor, financial, or regulatory authority audits or inspections.
