In line with this, our selection processes aim to guarantee equal rights and opportunities for all candidates. **Pharmaceutical Chemist – Pharmacovigilance** Plan, organize, develop, supervise, and evaluate pharmaceutical activities related to Clinical Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy, and Emergency Pharmacy. ***Requirements*** * Registered as a Pharmaceutical Chemist * Specialization in Clinical Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy, or Pharmacovigilance and independent practice * Certification in Health Services Management, Pharmaceutical Management, or Pharmacovigilance * Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance within hospitals and/or clinics * Availability to work 6 hours per day, Monday through Saturday, in Jesus María **Responsibilities** * Conduct Pharmacotherapeutic Follow-up for diverse patients. * Actively participate in the Pharmacotherapeutic Committee, Pharmacovigilance Committee, and Hospital-Acquired Infection Committee; also participate in safety rounds. * Process notifications, register, and evaluate Suspected Adverse Drug Reactions (SADR) and Adverse Events Related to Medical Devices (AEMD). * Validate prescriptions or medical orders for hospitalized patients under SDMDU; perform medication reconciliation. * Manage stock, supply, dispensing, validation, and prescription registration for controlled substances. * Process safety alerts issued by DIGEMID and other high-surveillance drug regulatory agencies abroad, disseminating them via the Medical Directorate to medical and support staff. * Monitor compliance with Good Pharmacy Practices (BPOF) across all internal pharmacies, crash carts, and auxiliary storage areas. * Monitor compliance with High-Risk Medication and LASA (Look-Alike/Sound-Alike) medication management protocols per POE. * Perform duties assigned by the Pharmacy Department Head, as required by service needs. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Statutory social benefits * Statutory Life Insurance effective from the first day of employment * Opportunity to join a leading healthcare company in the market Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 – S/.2,800.00 per month Application Questions: * Indicate your district of residence * Provide your DNI number * Provide your WhatsApp number * Are you currently registered and licensed as a Pharmaceutical Chemist? * Do you hold a specialization in Clinical Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy, or Pharmacovigilance? * What are your salary expectations? * Are you available to work 150 hours per month in 6-hour shifts at our Jesus María location? * Detail your experience as a Pharmaceutical Chemist in pharmacovigilance (NOT internships/NOT traineeships) Work Location: On-site employment
