Position Summary: Coordinate and promote the adoption of project management methodologies and tools, ensuring proper planning, monitoring, and contribution to strategic objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement in project management processes Coordinate and promote the adoption of project management methodologies, processes, and tools from the PMO, facilitating alignment, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement in project execution, to ensure appropriate planning, monitoring, and contribution to the organization’s strategic objectives. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Valid ITIL certification * Valid PMP certification (Project Management Professional) and/or Diploma/Specialization in Project Management. What you will do: Coordinate the standardization and updating of project management methodologies, processes, procedures, and guidelines led by the department. Implement and maintain templates, formats, guidelines, and tools that facilitate project planning, monitoring, and control. Consolidate project information, monitor progress against schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables, and coordinate follow-up with project managers. Prepare periodic reports on the status, performance, and risks of the project portfolio for the PMO Management and Executive Leadership. Coordinate the collection, documentation, and dissemination of lessons learned, best practices, and relevant project experiences. Identify opportunities for improvement in project management processes and propose initiatives to strengthen PMO maturity.
