We are a leading Peruvian company in the market and are currently looking for an accounting intern eager to learn in our accounting and finance department.
**Requirements**
Student pursuing a university or institute degree in Accounting.
Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (advanced level preferred).
Knowledge of bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
**Main Responsibilities**
Record financial and accounting transactions in the company's ERP system, Contasis.
Record and monitor daily bank movements.
Perform bank reconciliations and track discrepancies.
Upload payments to banking platforms and manage their execution.
Download, archive, and send payment confirmations to internal departments and suppliers.
Record treasury transactions and accounting entries in the ERP system.
Manage payments related to pending deliveries, travel allowances, and reimbursements.
Validate, review, and record payment vouchers.
Issue and manage debit notes, as well as apply canceled documents.
Maintain up-to-date physical and digital archives of treasury documentation.
Coordinate receipt of supplier bank statements.
Support preparation and monitoring of cash flow.
Other duties inherent to the position assigned by management.
