Job Summary: Support the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System, performing support functions in calibration and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to the effectiveness of laboratory activities. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Engineer or Technician in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of quality standards applicable to laboratories (ISO/IEC 17025\). * Prior experience in calibration or metrology laboratories is desirable. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) and quality management systems. * Basic knowledge of metrology and measurement principles (desirable). * Ability to follow procedures and technical instructions. * Basic proficiency in data recording software and quality management systems. * Operation and handling of laboratory equipment. * Availability to work in SAN LUIS (behind Videna) from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Comply with procedures established in the Integrated Management System. * Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System. * Support the identification of deviations from the Management System or from procedures for conducting laboratory activities. * Support the implementation of actions to prevent or minimize identified deviations. * Report to the Technical Manager and Metrologist I on the performance of the management system and any improvement needs. * Ensure the effectiveness of laboratory activities. * Register OTICs for Calibration and/or Maintenance services in the laboratory’s activity schedule. * Send calibration certificates to customers. * Send instrument intake/withdrawal records to customers. * Prepare equipment and instruments for calibration processes. * Support the execution of calibrations according to internal procedures and technical standards. * Manage inventory of reference standards, materials, and consumables. * Verify compliance with environmental conditions required for calibrations. * Collaborate in preparing calibration certificates and reports. * Record and verify the intake and withdrawal of standards, auxiliary equipment, and tools, among other assigned functions.
