Your responsibilities will include: * Implementing projects to improve Customer Services processes. * Presenting proposals for process automation. * Implementing reports based on Data Analytics. **Your qualifications and experience:** * Education: Student in the final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Systems Engineering. * Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, or similar tools. **Your attributes and skills:** * Proactivity, Leadership, Results Orientation, Strategy and Innovation, Collaboration and Influence, Autonomy. * Intermediate-to-Advanced English. **Our global team:** We are a team of 73,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what is possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives worldwide.
