Learn about the challenges awaiting you as a Pre-Professional Procurement Operations Intern: * Collect and submit documents required to formalize mobile services contracts. * Request bank guarantees and monitor expiration dates of mobile services. * Manage billing and re-billing for government mobile services portfolios. * Prepare and coordinate responses to government client requests and official letters. * Update the government mobile services portfolio database. * Monitor uncovered balances and service suspensions for mobile services. * Prepare and submit monthly reports on active mobile services contracts. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office * Basic proficiency in English * Basic knowledge of SQL * Basic knowledge of Power BI * Students in their 6th or 7th semester of Law, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
