Position Summary: We are seeking a student to provide support in the daily management of the Training and Development department, assisting key HR processes and administrative management. Participation in staff development programs **Join our team** **Your mission** Provide support to the Training and Development department in activities related to daily management. **What will be my responsibilities?** * Manage course registration processes and track compliance with the Annual Training Plan. * Administer training agreements and prepare reports upon request. * Support the Corporate Induction Program for newly hired employees. * Support the Development Program – P\&D Talks, the internal HR process management system, and track compliance. * Support the management of staff development programs at Epiroc. * Address internal requests related to training and development. * Keep all departmental policies, procedures, and KPIs up to date. * Process invoices related to training and development activities. * Support administrative and operational tasks within the department. * Comply with company rules and procedures. **Ideal candidate for this position:** * Student in the final semesters of Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related fields. * Minimum 3 months of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Commercial departments. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Intermediate English proficiency **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
