




Position Summary: We are seeking a student to provide support in the daily management activities of the Training and Development department, assisting in key processes and administration. Key Highlights: 1. Support in course registration processes and tracking of training plans. 2. Collaboration in Corporate Induction programs and personnel development. 3. Administrative and operational management in Training and Development. **Join our team** **Your mission** Provide support to the Training and Development department in daily management activities **What will be my responsibilities?** * Carry out course registration processes and track compliance with the Annual Training Plan. * Manage training agreements and prepare reports upon request. * Support the Corporate Induction program for newly hired employees. * Support the Development Process – P\&D Talks, the internal HR system for managing departmental processes, and track compliance. * Support the development programs for Epiroc personnel. * Address internal requests related to training and development. * Keep all departmental policies, procedures, and KPIs up to date. * Process invoices related to training and development activities. * Support administrative and operational activities within the department. * Comply with company policies and procedures **Ideal candidate for this position:** * Student in the final cycles of Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related fields. * Minimum 3 months of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Commercial areas. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Intermediate level of English **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
