Job Summary: We are seeking a Pre-sales Engineer to conduct technical-economic analysis of projects and develop proposals for public-sector procurement processes, supporting both public and private tenders. Participation in project execution Job Description We are currently looking for a Pre-sales Engineer to join our IT team, responsible for the technical and economic analysis of projects as well as the development of proposals for public-sector procurement processes. Job Objective Support the preparation of technical and economic proposals for public and private tender processes. Responsibilities * Analyze technical requirements from public tenders, bidding documents, and Terms of Reference (TDR). * Design technological solutions (IT infrastructure and networks). * Participate in meetings with public entities and technical teams, providing technical justification for proposed solutions. * Prepare technical and economic proposals (quotations, schedules, guarantees, Bill of Materials [BOM], Statements of Work [SOW]). * Ensure regulatory compliance in proposals under the Public Procurement Law and the Tax-for-Works Law. * Coordinate with technology suppliers regarding quotations, certifications, and commercial terms. * Provide technical support during proposal evaluation, awarding, and project execution. * Manage technical documentation to ensure organization, traceability, and compliance with requirements. * Participate in project execution to ensure fulfillment of committed deliverables. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in technology pre-sales. * Experience in public tenders and state-related quotations. * Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project. * Familiarity with preparing BOMs, SOWs, and technical specifications. * Technical English is desirable.
