Responsibilities * **Sort and organize delivery notes and invoices** according to respective secretaries and stamps. * **Prepare and bag pre-liquidations** for distribution to offices and secretaries. * **Register pre-liquidations in Excel reports** for internal control. * **Manage the return of signed pre-liquidations**, ensuring continuation of the liquidation process. * Maintain **order and control over processed documentation**. * Other duties related to the area.
