At **Kinsa Corp**, an agency specializing in graphic and advertising solutions, we are looking for a **Prepress Designer** who ensures the correct technical translation of graphic designs into CTP plates, maintaining high standards of quality and precision throughout each process. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and validate graphic files for proper output to CTP. * Perform digital imposition while ensuring fidelity to the original design. * Control and adjust color according to CMYK and Pantone profiles. * Verify and correct external files (PDF, AI, INDD) in accordance with press requirements. * Review overprints, transparencies, fonts, and image resolution to prevent plate errors. * Anticipate potential offset printing technical issues during the prepress stage. **Key Technical Competencies** * Advanced experience with **digital imposition software**. * Proficiency in **trapping (spreads)**. * Conversion and management of color profiles. * Evaluation of image resolution and vectorization of critical elements. * Knowledge of **dot gain** as it relates to substrate and paper type. **Requirements** * Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite**, especially: * Illustrator * InDesign * Acrobat Pro (Enfocus PitStop proficiency is desirable) * Prior experience in **prepress and graphic workshop environments**. * Understanding of **offset press operation**, registration, and drying times. **Soft Skills** * High **problem-solving ability**, acting as a technical filter for artwork submitted by clients. * **Time management and working under pressure**, aligned with machine input deadlines. * Attention to detail and focus on quality. **What We Offer?** * First three months paid via service invoice; from the fourth month onward, employment under MYPE payroll. * Competitive remuneration based on market rates and experience. * Positive work environment and collaborative teamwork.
