Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist with experience in safety, occupational health, and environmental supervision for the metal-mechanical industry, available to travel and work on-site. Currently, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of **OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed Engineer and/or Bachelor's degree **(MANDATORY)** — supporting documentation required. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in supervision or prevention of safety, health, occupational health, and environmental matters, preferably in the Oil & Gas, construction, industrial plants, or similar sectors **(MANDATORY)**. * Specialized course in Industrial Safety or Safety and Environment. * Valid certifications for high-risk activities and relevant experience (work at height, confined space entry, critical load lifting, electrical work, deep excavation, cold/hot work) **(MANDATORY)** * Certified experience in site supervision roles. * Certified experience in construction or industrial companies. * Hazard identification and risk assessment * **Willingness to work throughout Lima and provinces** * **Willingness to travel.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct periodic site inspections. * Supervise operators on-site. * Report, investigate, and document workplace incidents and accidents. * Deliver SST (Safety, Health, and Environment) induction training to new personnel. * Support recordkeeping and tracking of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) distribution. * Manage and archive documents related to the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS). **BENEFITS:** * Ongoing training * Positive work environment * Biweekly payments * Service contract * 100% field work Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.90.00 - S/.110.00 per day Application questions: * Are you immediately available to start working with us? * Please provide a current mobile number for calls and WhatsApp messages. * The contract is a service agreement, with a daily rate between 110 and 120 soles — do you agree? * In which district of Lima are you currently located?
