**Occupational Health and Safety Specialist:** \- Industrial and Mining Safety Professional, Environmental, Industrial, and related fields; Degree holder and professionally licensed \- 03 years of verifiable experience in supervising high-risk work, supported by employment certificates (certiadulto), starting from the registration of the bachelor's degree with SUNEDU \- Minimum 140 hours of training courses in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and High-Risk Work, certified by a recognized entity (mandatory) or proof of completion of a Master’s degree in OHS \- Valid driver’s license (mandatory) \- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office \- Immediate availability \- Work location: Arequipa \- Immediate availability for project-based work in Arequipa and La Joya (01 month), with travel expenses covered **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Development of risk assessment matrices, IPERC, PETS, ATS, environmental matrices, rescue plans, among others. \- Field supervision of services to verify compliance with safety standards by all personnel. \- Delivery of safety training sessions as stipulated in the annual training plan. \- Preparation of HSE department reports. \- Maintenance of records for personal protective equipment (PPE) control and renewal. \- Document control management for ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 management systems. \- Compliance with applicable policies, procedures, current legal regulations, and other requirements established by clients and ISO standards respectively.
