Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Coordinator and Continuous Improvement professional to optimize operations and drive business results at MECORP. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently undergoing organizational strengthening and seek to hire a Process Coordinator and Continuous Improvement professional to help optimize our operations and positively impact business outcomes. **Location:** Ate Vitarte, Lima **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Map, document, and optimize core business processes. * Identify bottlenecks, operational risks, and improvement opportunities. * Design and implement management indicators (KPIs) across departments. * Lead continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction and productivity enhancement. * Standardize procedures, controls, and operational best practices. * Participate in digital transformation initiatives and implementation of technological tools. * Prepare executive reports and analyses to support managerial decision-making. * Promote a culture of efficiency, control, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. ***CANDIDATE PROFILE*** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in process management and improvement. * Experience implementing KPIs, procedures, and optimization projects. * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar methodologies. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, and project management is desirable. * Preference will be given to candidates with experience in equipment rental, machinery, mining, construction, or industrial services companies. ***KEY COMPETENCIES*** * Strategic business vision. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Cross-functional leadership and influence. * Change management capability. * Effective communication with operational teams and senior management. * High level of organization and follow-up. ***WHAT WE OFFER*** * Participation in the organization’s strategic decisions. * Leadership of projects with direct impact on business profitability. * Continuous exposure to senior management. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Excellent work environment and job stability.
