Job Summary: Process Coordinator responsible for designing, implementing, and managing process systems, leading process optimization and continuous improvement within an energy-sector company. Opportunities for professional growth and development **PROCESS COORDINATOR – SAN ISIDRO** **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree or bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or related fields. **(Mandatory)** * Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the energy sector (Hydrocarbons). **(Mandatory)** * 2 years of experience in a Process Coordinator or Integrated Management Systems role. **(Mandatory)** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at **(intermediate)** level * Knowledge of Power BI at **(basic)** level * Certification or courses in process management. **(Mandatory)** * Certification or courses in Integrated Management Systems (preferably ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001\)**(Mandatory)** * Internal Trinorma ISO 9001 Audit course. **(Mandatory)** * Process mapping skills (BIZAGI, VISIO, Ludichart, etc.)**(Mandatory)** * Certification or courses in Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)**(Desirable)** * Willingness to travel outside Lima**(Mandatory)** * Availability to work Monday–Thursday from 8:30 am – 6:30 pm and Friday from 8:30 am \- 1:30 pm * Willingness to work in San Isidro **RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Design, implement, and administer the process-based management system across all organizational levels. • Manage the identification, standardization, performance enhancement, and optimization of CVC Energía’s business processes, communicating adjustment needs when required. • Schedule and conduct working meetings with various process stakeholders to understand operational execution and identify critical maintenance and improvement points. • Lead, coordinate, and communicate, across all hierarchical levels, activities necessary to plan, execute, and document process audits to verify implementation and effectiveness. • Deliver training to various process owners across the organization to maintain and improve their respective processes. • Coordinate and manage matters related to audits, harmonizations, and certifications. • Plan and implement monitoring, measurement, analysis, and improvement processes across the organization by eliminating root causes of nonconformities and implementing identified process improvements. • Propose and implement initiatives and action plans aimed at continuous process improvement, organizational development, and maturity. • Train personnel on topics related to process management. 7Contribute to compliance with the Internal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health (RISST) and monitor adherence to other internal regulations, supporting their dissemination and awareness. • Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor **BENEFITS:** • Market-competitive remuneration. • Formal employment under the general labor regime. • Food allowance card as an additional benefit. • Statutory Life Insurance effective from the first day of employment. • Subsidized EPS health insurance, with minimal cost to the employee depending on the selected plan. • Opportunities for professional growth and development. • Join a growing company operating in a sector critical to the global economy, with a business model that positively impacts thousands of lives.
