Grupo Alkofarma, a pharmaceutical laboratory, is seeking talent to join its team as a Production Assistant\- with textile experience. **Job Requirements** * Technical or university studies in INDUSTRIAL TRAINING programs. * Solid intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Word). * Experience with electronic invoicing systems and SUNAT platforms (desirable). * Experience with production progress controls. * Mandatory experience in the production area. * Strong organizational, communication, and pressure-management skills. * Ability to lead a work team (MANDATORY). **Responsibilities** Register production orders; coordinate order initiation, format changes, and closure; and verify availability of inputs and materials prior to production. Conduct daily production tracking; monitor losses, rework, and downtime; and maintain area order and cleanliness (5S). Support measurement of productivity indicators; validate operator information; and generate reports in the ERP system. Coordinate with warehouses and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the workplace. Collaborate with the production supervisor during audits and in managing required human and technical resources.
