Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to ensure proper dosing, mixing, and preparation of inputs, guaranteeing the quality and safety of final products. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment maintenance and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. We are looking for a **Production Operator** with solid experience in **raw material assembly** processes. You will be responsible for ensuring proper dosing, mixing, and preparation of inputs, ensuring our final products meet the highest quality and safety standards. * **Assembly and mixing:** Perform component and raw material assembly processes, operating mixing, grinding, and homogenization equipment. * **Documentation:** Record batches, temperatures, mixing times, and yields in management systems (ERP / spreadsheets). * **Basic maintenance:** Perform equipment cleaning and sanitization according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols and food safety standards. * **Regulatory compliance:** Ensure continuous compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
