Develops personnel and promotes the use of digital tools. **Position Summary:** Production Supervisor**Location:** Peru \- Lima**Type:** Full-time**Reports to:** Sr. Process Engineer **Purpose of the Position:**Ensure delivery of the production plan by guaranteeing compliance with standards across all dimensions (Safety, Quality, People, Service, Competitiveness, Sustainability) on time and as planned (TPM \+ DIGITAL) during the assigned production shift. **A Day in the Life of...*** Ensure compliance with quality standards on production lines, guaranteeing product safety and consistency. * Conduct root cause analyses of quality incidents together with line personnel, ensuring closure of agreed actions. * Ensure onboarding of new hires at the plant. * Enforce the defined shift role for the production plan. * Provide coaching and feedback regarding the quality of deliverables’ information and usage of digital systems and tools. * Ensure compliance with productivity standards on assigned lines to guarantee budgeted product costs. * Enable machine operators to generate KSRs and ensure focused execution. * Monitor and ensure compliance with conditions required for high-risk work to guarantee continuity of low-risk work under safety standards. * Verify and ensure proper waste segregation on production lines. Ensure compliance with eco-maps on production lines. * Ensure adherence to the agreed production schedule by verifying resource and material allocation for the current program. **What Will Make You Successful:*** Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Food Industry * 2 years’ experience leading production lines and/or serving as a shift supervisor in food manufacturing plants * Knowledge of Power BI. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Understanding of unit operations. * Basic TPM knowledge. **Competencies:*** Practicality * Quick decision-making * Working under pressure while maintaining composure * Assertive communication
