Job Summary: This Production Supervisor position ensures delivery of the production plan while meeting safety, quality, and sustainability standards during the assigned shift. Guarantees compliance with productivity and safety standards **Position Summary:** Production Supervisor **Location:** Peru \- Lima **Employment Type:** Full-time **Reports To:** Sr. Process Engineer **Position Purpose:** Ensure timely and accurate delivery of the production plan by guaranteeing compliance with standards across all dimensions (Safety, Quality, People, Service, Competitiveness, Sustainability) using TPM \+ DIGITAL methodology during the assigned production shift. **A Day in the Life of...** * Ensure compliance with quality standards on production lines, guaranteeing product safety and consistency. * Conduct root cause analysis of quality incidents together with line personnel, ensuring agreed-upon actions are closed. * Facilitate on-site onboarding for new hires. * Execute the defined shift role aligned with the production plan. * Provide coaching and feedback regarding the quality of deliverable information and use of digital systems and tools. * Ensure compliance with productivity standards on assigned lines to meet the budgeted cost of our products. * Enable machine operators to generate KSRs and ensure focused adherence. * Monitor and ensure compliance with conditions required for high-risk work execution, thereby guaranteeing continuity of low-risk work under safety standards. * Verify and ensure proper waste segregation on production lines; ensure compliance with eco-maps on production lines. * Ensure compliance with the agreed production schedule by verifying availability of resources and materials for the current program. **What Will Make You Successful:** * Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or Food Industry degree * Minimum 2 years’ experience leading production lines and/or serving as a shift supervisor in food manufacturing plants * Knowledge of Power BI * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Understanding of unit operations * Basic knowledge of TPM **Competencies:** * Practicality * Quick decision-making * Working under pressure while maintaining composure * Assertive communication
