Opportunity for career path development and professional growth At **ENGINEERING SERVICES & CONSULTING SAC (SINCRO)**, a leading company in comprehensive engineering solutions (Safety, Security & Fire Protection), we continue expanding and are looking to hire a **Professional Intern for Integrated Management System (IMS)** who wishes to join high-impact technical and administrative projects in the preventive culture of diverse organizations. **What We Are Looking For:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Occupational Safety and Hygiene Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). * Familiarity with Law No. 29783 and its regulations. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and visualization. * Proactivity, analytical ability, and communication skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support documentation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Monitor KPIs, action plans, and closure of findings. * Provide support during internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to the IMS. * Collaborate with various departments to guarantee effective system implementation. * Participate in internal awareness-raising and communication activities to strengthen preventive culture. **Position Conditions:** * Location: Surquillo * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Mode: On-site * Economic stipend: S/ 1,500 * Immediate availability **Benefits:** * Pleasant work environment and team-building activities * Corporate benefits and discounts * Access to continuous training and lifelong learning opportunities * Involvement in high-impact projects with leading clients * Career path opportunity **Join the SINCRO team and take your talent to the next level!** Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
