Job Summary: You will support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, as well as the development and updating of procedures and documentation. Opportunities for professional growth and development **PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP IN SSOMA\- ICA** **REQUIREMENTS:** •Graduate in Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other engineering disciplines. •Experience in pre-professional internships. (Desirable) •Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. •Knowledge of occupational safety and health according to current legislation. Basic English proficiency **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support the implementation and monitoring of the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Management System Plan, with the aim of controlling and minimizing existing risks within the Organization. Support the development and updating of procedures, instructions, manuals, programs, plans, etc., of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, with the aim of standardizing activities carried out within the Organization. Support the updating of formats/records and documentation of the Occupational Safety and Health System in accordance with current regulations. Support other organizational departments on occupational safety and health matters, in order to comply with current national regulations, subject to coordination with your immediate supervisor. Support incident, near-miss, and accident reporting, as well as their investigation. Support headquarters’ office work related to the occupational safety and health system. Support guidance on completing various occupational safety and health formats; as well as the creation of materials for trainings, awareness sessions, and 5-minute talks.
