At Nexa, Cerro Lindo Mining Unit, we are seeking a Mining Intern responsible for managing and supporting area processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Timing measurements for loading, transportation, and unloading processes of ore. * Fleet management through the Operations Control Center. * Monitoring and reduction of waiting times in the ore unloading zone. * Calculation of fleet allocation per shift for Scoop\-Dump Truck distribution. * Calculation of time windows for production equipment (Scoop, Dump Trucks, Breaker, De-bankers). * Timing measurements for Jumbo Simba drilling, etc. * Case analysis for optimizing transport routes. * Analysis of fuel and sustaining consumables usage. * Generation of final process reports. * Support activities for Mine Operations process management. * Support Safety indicator management. * Support shift-start activities. * Monitoring of equipment cycles in mining operations. * Generation of databases for analysis. * Database management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering. * Basic knowledge of underground mining processes. * Mining transport simulation tool. **Desirable** * 3 months of experience in similar positions. * Experience in Underground Mining. * Proficiency in fleet management software for underground operations. * SAP proficiency. * Power BI, Power Query: Advanced. * Programming with Python and Java: Intermediate. **Additional Information** * Cerro Lindo Mining Unit. * Employment under Atypical Labor Regime.
