Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineering graduate to support operational management, implement improvements, and analyze data to optimize processes within a socio-environmental enterprise. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in monitoring and continuously improving socio-environmental operations 2. Implement industrial engineering tools such as Lean, Kaizen, and 5S 3. Generate a positive impact on society and the planet **What do we do at sinba?** **sinba** is a socio-environmental enterprise and a certified B Corporation, founded in Lima, Peru in 2016\. **Our purpose** is to co-create a world without waste—where nothing is left over and no one is left behind. We provide services enabling companies, households, and organizations to manage their waste sustainably. Through **sinba**, 100% of organic waste is recovered and converted into animal feed and organic fertilizer. Additionally, recyclable inorganic materials are recovered at the CIRC (Inclusive Circular Recovery Center), in collaboration with waste pickers. Thus, we reduce associated waste and pollution by up to 90%, while strengthening local economies and generating a positive impact on society and the planet. **What will you do?** * Collaborate in monitoring daily Biofactory and CIRC operations, collecting key information for decision-making. * Propose and implement operational improvements based on industrial engineering tools such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and time-and-motion studies. * Develop and monitor management indicators and reports on productivity, efficiency, and goal attainment. * Process and analyze production data, incidents, and costs to generate strategic recommendations. * Support updating and drafting key documentation, including procedures, work instructions, operational reports, protocols, and checklists. * Actively participate in industrial safety initiatives, supporting the identification of observations and compliance with quality standards. * Monitor the implementation of the Odoo system across operations. * Document and share identified operational best practices. **Who are we looking for?** **Education:** Graduates in Industrial Engineering and/or related fields **Responsibilities:** Provide support to the Operations Lead across various functions and projects. **Experience:** Minimum 3 months of administrative experience in an operational setting (preferred). **Location:** Villa el Salvador, Cooperativa las Vertientes **Economic stipend: S/.1200** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday (7am \- 2pm / 8am \- 3pm) Position type: Internship / training program Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Application questions: * What field of study have you pursued? * What is your academic status?
