We seek a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to improve technological processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development and maintenance of internal applications or systems. * Technical support for company equipment, networks, and systems. * Implementation and enhancement of technological tools. * Assistance in digital process automation. * Software and equipment maintenance and updates. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, PHP, or others). * Database knowledge. * Experience in technical support and incident resolution. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Web development knowledge. * Experience with CRM or ERP systems. * Knowledge of networking and information security.
