At **Madetech Perú S.A.C.**, we are looking for our next Project and Construction Architect (Provincial). This is a strategic role for a technically skilled, organized, and solution-oriented professional eager to drive infrastructure projects and gain comprehensive supervision experience. **What will be your challenge?** * Plan, supervise, and manage the technical and operational execution of architectural projects at assigned locations outside Lima, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, timelines, budget, and applicable local regulations. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Monitor the execution of finishes, structures, and installations on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings. * Coordinate disciplines among architecture, structures, and installations to promptly resolve interferences. * Coordinate and supervise the performance of contractors, local suppliers, and work crews. * Prepare construction valuations, weekly progress reports, and Excel-based schedule tracking. * Manage permits and licenses with municipal authorities and local entities, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Professional degree in Architecture.
