A real estate company is looking for a **MULTIFAMILY PROJECT DEVELOPMENT ARCHITECT**, who meets the following requirements: \- **Professional Profile**: · Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, and/or registered architect. \- **Experience**: · Minimum of 3\-4 years in similar positions within the real estate sector. \- **Requirements**: · Knowledge of processes, phases, and specialties involved in multifamily building projects. · Knowledge of the National Building Regulation (Mandatory) · Familiarity with municipal regulations · Proficiency in software relevant to the architecture profession. \- **Competencies**: · Organizational and planning skills · Effective communication · Teamwork · Orderliness and punctuality · Initiative \- **Responsibilities**: · Preparation of architectural-level technical project files · Coordination with specialists to ensure drawing compatibility throughout project development · Coordination of municipal review observation resolution · Development of architectural details and quantity take-offs · Coordination with specialists and implementation of project adjustments · Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor Immediate availability Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
