Job Summary: We are seeking a committed, results-oriented Project Supervisor to lead the execution of electrical and automation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the execution of electrical and automation projects. 2. Supervise and coordinate the proper execution of assigned projects. 3. Design, configure, and train on SCADA and telemetry systems. We are looking for a committed, organized, and results-oriented Project Supervisor to lead the execution of electrical and automation projects, ensuring compliance with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Requirements: * Bachelor's or technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Experience in supervision and management of electrical projects, automation, or generator sets. * Knowledge of control panels, transfer modules and synchronization, PLCs, SCADA, telemetry, and monitoring systems (desirable). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to conduct client visits and on-site supervision. * High level of responsibility, punctuality, and goal-oriented mindset. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct client visits for data collection and project design. * Request and evaluate contractor quotations for project execution. * Supervise and coordinate the proper execution of assigned projects. * Manage purchase requisitions (SOLPED) and coordinate required procurements. * Track project costs, materials, and profitability. * Participate in configuration, commissioning, and startup of electrical and electronic equipment. * Design and configure SCADA, monitoring, and telemetry systems. * Train technical staff on the use of controllers and specialized software. * Prepare drawings, descriptive reports, quality dossiers, and progress reports. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and policies. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. Conditions: * Work location: Breña, Lima. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Formal employment registration and statutory benefits.
