We need a Full-Time Sales Promoter for a well-known mobile phone brand. What will your responsibilities be? * Advise customers on the features, functionalities, and advantages of mobile phone models. * Demonstrate product usage, highlighting key features (cameras, operating system, etc.). * Create a positive shopping experience by ensuring a pleasant and personalized environment at the point of sale. * Retain customers by providing after-sales support and recommendations on accessories and updates. * Collect customer feedback to improve the shopping experience and service provided. * Train the sales team on the technical and emotional aspects of the customer experience, ensuring high-quality service. What profile are we looking for? * Experience of 0–3 months as a promoter, brand ambassador, or salesperson for mobile phones or technology products. If you lack experience, don’t worry! We also consider candidates without prior experience but with strong attitude and communication skills. * Valid health certificate from Metropolitan Lima or your district. What do we offer? * Formal payroll contract with all statutory benefits. * Salary: Base S/. 1130 + S/.500 commission (100% of sales) + incentives. * Working hours: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–8 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week, depending on assigned store. * Pleasant work environment. * Career path: Start as Junior, with opportunities to advance to Pro and Master levels, gaining additional benefits. * Corporate discounts * **Payments for successful referrals:** S/70 soles * **Payment for participating in our Social Media Content Generation Program:** up to $100 USD per quarter. **How to join our team:** **Initial Pre-screening:** Upon application, you will answer a series of preliminary questions to determine if you meet the minimum required criteria. **Account Interview:** If you progress, you will have an interview with the account you applied to. You will receive performance feedback the same day. **Offer and Onboarding Process:** If the interview is successful, we will extend a formal offer. Upon acceptance, we will request necessary documents, manage information upload, schedule medical exams, and proceed with contract signing.
