What will your responsibilities be? * Advise customers on the features, functionalities, and advantages of mobile phone models. * Demonstrate product usage, highlighting key features (cameras, operating system, etc.). * Create a positive shopping experience, ensuring a pleasant and personalized environment at the point of sale. * Foster customer loyalty by providing after-sales support and recommendations on accessories and updates. * Collect customer feedback to improve the shopping experience and services offered. * Train the sales team on the technical and emotional aspects of the customer experience, ensuring high-quality service. What profile are we looking for? * Experience of 0 to 3 months as a promoter, brand ambassador, or seller of mobile phones or technology products. If you lack experience, don’t worry! We also consider candidates without prior experience but with strong attitude and communication skills. * Valid health certificate from Metropolitan Lima or your district. What do we offer? * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Salary: Base S/. 1130 \+ S/.500 commission (100% of sales) \+ incentives. * Working hours: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–8 PM, Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week, depending on the assigned store. * Pleasant work environment. * Career path: Start as Junior, with opportunities to advance to Pro and Master levels, gaining additional benefits. * Corporate discounts * **Payments for successful referrals:** S/ 70 soles * **Payment for participating in our Social Media Content Creator Program:** up to $100 USD per quarter. **How to join our team:** **Initial Pre-screening:** Upon application, you’ll answer a series of initial questions to determine whether you meet the minimum required criteria. **Account Interview:** If you progress in the process, you’ll have an interview with the account you’re applying to.
